近日，世界衛生組織（WHO）的英文版官網發布了2023年世界聽力日的主題：Ear and hearing care for all! Let’s make it a reality（人人享有耳與聽力保健！讓我們實現它）。
2023年世界聽力日，世界衛生組織將強調Ear and hearing care for all（“將耳與聽力保健納入基層醫療”的重要性），應作為全民健康覆蓋的重要組成部分。
在2021年世衛組織發布的首份《世界聽力報告》中，未來30年聽力受損者的人數可能會增加1.5倍以上，超過7億人可能會經歷中度或更嚴重的聽力損失。各成員國必須將以耳與聽力保健納入國家衛生計劃。
同時，亦有耳科專家指出，“我國聽力篩查工作雖然在全球領先，但衛生信息系統缺乏耳與聽力保健的數據和指標；我國耳鼻喉科注冊醫師（含助理）僅有約3.58萬人，而國家政策目前更著重于兒童。
而且，我國配戴助聽器/人工耳蝸的成年人約7%，而《世界聽力報告》提出，到2030年，輔聽技術有效覆蓋率低于50%的成員國，應努力爭取達到至少50%的有效覆蓋率。”
2023年的世界聽力日主題，向我們傳達了以下關鍵信息：

World Hearing Day 2023 will highlight the importance of integrating ear and hearing care within primary care, as an essential component of universal health coverage
Key messages
Ear and hearing problems are among the most common problems encountered in the community.
Over 60% of these can be identified and addressed at the primary level of care.
Integration of ear and hearing care into primary care services is possible through training and capacity building at this level.
Such integration will benefit people and help countries move towards the goal of universal health coverage.
On this day, WHO will launch a new training manual - Primary ear and hearing care training manual for health workers and general practitioners. The manual will be accompanied with trainer’s handbook and other community resources.
